The founder of a successful real estate development company is currently looking to hire a bright, proactive and organized Executive Assistant! This is a dynamic and visible role in a fantastic work environment! In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting various functions for a high level executive by providing administrative support, coordinating calendars, scheduling meetings and conference calls, arranging all travel logistics, assisting other team members with special assignments, and working on reports and projects as requested. Projects will often require knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint.
