Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: Gaithersburg, MD

Position Overview:

Are you a highly organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail? We are looking for a skilled Executive Assistant to support our dynamic Partners with a variety of administrative tasks. If you thrive in a fast-paced setting and are known for your proactive problem-solving skills, this role is an ideal match for you!

Compensation and Hours:

  • Pay: $24 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
  • Hours: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with the possibility of overtime during busy seasons.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Offer high-level administrative support to the Partners, including managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Prepare, format, and edit reports, documents, and presentations to ensure they are polished and accurate.
  • Maintain and update data, manage databases, and keep detailed records.
  • Work with other administrative team members to manage phone calls and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Oversee both internal and external communication on behalf of the Partners.
  • Organize appointments, manage calendars, and provide timely reminders.
  • Accurately format and proof financial statements and tax documents.
  • Perform tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing documents as required.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Requirements:
  • High School diploma is necessary.
  • Relevant experience is required; 1-2 years in an executive assistant role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software is essential.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Superior organizational abilities, with a focus on detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple responsibilities.
