Our client, a manufacturing firm north of Boston, is seeking a temporary Executive Assistant to support the team for 2+ months. This role is Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm and can pay $35-40/hour based on experience. This position will be handling complex calendar management for C-Suite executives, international and domestic travel arrangements, expenses, projects and manage email inbox. This role is looking to have this candidate start as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will be professional, have great communication skills and have experience working in a fast paced setting.
