We are a family-owned general contractor that has been in business for 20+ years. We are growing and a steady but fast pace and are looking an experienced Estimator to our team. If you are a Estimator with commercial GC experience, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing - Evaluate project work scopes
- Review plans/specifications
- Review proposal specification
- Negotiate and secure contracts
- Monitor daily job costs/receivables
- Manage contract submittals and change orders
- Maintain positive customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate and build relationships with project managers to provide estimating, change orders, credits, procuring materials, etc.
- Evaluate design options and recommend alternative solutions or approaches as needed
What You Need for this Position Related BS preferred and/or at least 3 Years of experience / knowledge of:

* - MUST have experience with $50M+ commercial projects *
- Estimating commercial GC projects (TI experience a plus)
- Hard bid and or conceptual bid processes
- Takes offs for general trades
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff and other construction related software preferred
