Estimator - commercial construction We have been a trusted partner in the Northern California construction industry for 2 generations. We offer high-quality, value-added commercial construction projects with solution-oriented thinking and highly skilled craftsmanship. That all starts with what we are looking for; a dedicated Estimator with great leadership qualities and experience in commercial building. We are growing extremely fast and would like to have an Estimator that takes pride in their work, is a team player and has a high level of communication skills.
What You Will Be Doing This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction estimates and proposals including:
-Costs and Budgets
-Bids
-Contract
-Insurances
-Vendors and subcontractors
-RFIs
-Dates and timelines
-Takeoffs
-Change orders
-Material Lists
What You Need for this Position -Bachelors degree is a plus
-5+ years of estimating experience, ideally including woodframing
-Basic Microsoft teams knowledge
-Intermediate to advanced knowledge with Sage, Blue Beam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Outlook, etc
