Job Title: Commercial Project Estimator
Salary: $80k - $120k DOE + 401k, Benefits, PTO,
Requirements: 7+ Years in Project Estimating

Based in the beautiful Portland Area, we work in the Pacific Northwest as a general contractor that specializes in the following fields: Commercial, Multi-family Industrial, Buildings, and more.

We have been in business for over 30 years and are experiencing consistent growth.
What You Will Be Doing - Attend pre-bid meetings to determine the scope of work and required estimate content.
- Generate detailed estimates from pre-construction schematics, design documents for hard bids, and negotiated, and design-build projects.
- Perform data analysis to support generating comprehensive estimates.
- Establish work scopes for subcontractors as needed.
- Estimating including pricing development and abstracting
- Be the point of contact for hard bid pursuits
- Review contracts
What You Need for this Position - 7+ Years in Estimating
- 4 yr Engineering Degree or equivalent related experience
- Experience with MS Office
- Proven track record of success in estimating small to large size projects
