Engineering Manager If you are a Engineering Manager with experience, please read on! We're looking for someone who cares about the career growth of others and has a great understanding of our tech stack so that you can coach people to where they need to be. Your day to day will be 99% managing people with the rare exception of having to roll the sleeves up and code again if someone is out on vacation. What You Will Be Doing Managing a team of 4-8 software engineers
Ensuring successful completion/execution of your team's projects
Work alongside product manager to make sure timeline are good
Help RETAIN our solid engineers (We want all of our talent to feel valued and like this can be their long-term home)
What You Need for this Position At least 2 years experience managing a team of engineers (Senior role with career development is fine too)
5+ years of software development experience (You will be managing but it's important that you understand our tech)
Knowledge of our tech stack (React, React Native, Ruby on Rails)
What's In It for You Salary $160K-$200K
