Become a part of the team as an Engagement and Retention Supervisor in the Integration Program at Behavioral Health Network!

• Responsibilities: What you will do
  • Manages and supervises staff in the enrollment, engagement and data sector of the Integration department
  • Assist with updates in training, on-boarding material, workflows/protocols and department manual for new hires and current staff within the department.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly team meetings as required.
  • Attend mandatory Integration leadership meetings in addition to supervisory practice group meetings.
  • Support engagement & retention specialist assigned to their site with ongoing training and support as it relates to the insurance plan(s) that are associated with in the program.
  • Complete other responsibilities as requested by supervisor within departmental scope.

Engagement and Retention Supervisor's at Behavioral Health Network have the following qualities:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred with 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of mental illness, the interface between mental health and medical conditions and systems, substance abuse, and care management
• Minimum of two-year experience working with the above populations.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and a willingness to assist peers as needed to achieve a common objective.
• Ability to effectively train and onboard new staff as well as provide ongoing training to staff that require additional support to meet job expectations.
• Knowledge of and the ability to assist a client in accessing health care insurance, resolve issues around loss of insurance or re-enrollments. Assisting clients with understanding benefits entitled to them and how to access them independently.
• Proficient in navigating through agency EMR systems pertaining to role specific responsibilities.
