Overview

Electrical Engineer

Responsibilities: We are looking for an enthusiastic recent graduate, eager to learn our products and be a key team contributor. The qualified candidate will work with a team of electrical engineers in supporting industry leading robotic atmospheric and vacuum system platforms including new, cutting edge designs, product extensions, and continuous improvements of robotic controls performance. Responsible for performing engineering analyses of complex field and manufacturing issues, determination of root causes of issues, design solutions and implement the changes. Engineer will be creating new system configurations, assisting with component selection and PCB re-spins, and cable design. Responsibilities also include ensuring proper documentation, consistent use of processes and systems, and engineering design standards are followed. Must be capable of working collaboratively with mechanical and software engineers on complete product solutions.

Experience:

• BSEE - 0-3 years of experiance
• Strong interest in Electrical Hardware Design
• Soldering cables and PCBs
• Reading schematics
• Component selection and data sheet interpretation
• Cable design

Required Skills: We are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on engineer with a broad capability in electro mechanical systems who possesses

• Can learn complex systems quickly and work independently
• Good troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Competency in Altium is preferred
• Excellent technical communication and presentation skills
• Handy in the use of standard lab equipment and tools
• Prototyping and debugging circuits in a lab
• Standard Windows applications (Excel, word, power point, outlook)

• BSEE with relevant internship experience
