HelpSystems is looking for Dynamics CRM Developer to be responsible for enhancing and maintaining our Dynamics CRM Instance.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions utilizing entities, workflows, Plug-ins, JavaScript, Azure functions, etc.
• Analyze code to find causes of errors and revise programs as needed
• Serve as a subject matter expert of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
• In conjunction with the Business Analyst, participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements
• Consult with end users to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs
• Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment
• Consult with IT or external consultants to meet project deadlines and diagnose issues affecting the Company's business applications

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong Software development experience with the .NET framework and C#.
• At least two years' Experience in JavaScript/Jquery
• At least two years' Experience writing Dynamics CRM plug-ins and workflows
• Experience of Agile principles and processes throughout the software development lifecycle
