What You Will Be Doing - The Project Superintendent shall conduct him/herself in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner through leadership exhibited by one's actions and commitment to the project and also adhering to core values Safety, Merit, Character, Focus, Excellence, and Teamwork

- The Project Superintendent will be responsible for the overall supervision, coordination, and performance of all project disciplines in accordance with contractual requirements. This includes but not limited to on-site coordination, safety, scheduling, construction quality control, cost management, labor management, equipment procurement and delivery, and on-site client contact.

- Develops, integrates, and maintains project schedule effectively with other trades

- Daily coordination of work activities among subcontractors and Company personnel onsite

- Maintains, tracks, verifies, and updates project files and paperwork (onsite and electronically) including "As Built Drawings," submittal verification/shop drawings, RFI's, layout
