Document Administration - Document Control Records Management

Preferably local to Cedar Rapids, IA but remote is okay

Contract - 12+ months

This position sits on the client's Telecom Engineering team.

Responsibilites:

• Creates and verifies completion reports for FCC antenna data.
• Use client's specific database with cut and paste from Microsoft products used to file reports.
• Capable of clear communications with field personnel regarding status and details of construction projects.
• Works with wireless communications including towers, buildings and other structures that may have antenna mounts.
• Search and visualize locations on digital maps such as google maps and google Earth.

Qualifications:

• Document Management experience
• Microsoft Office Suite
• Communications technologies
• Federal Communications Commission (FCC)
