Under general supervision from the Chief Production Officer, the Division Director, Marketing Communications & DEI, will direct the strategic and tactical leadership and management of staff, assets, and fiscal resources to deliver services and administer marketing, which includes Communications, Public Relations, Volunteer Services, Fundraising, DEI and Customer Service programs at Hoxworth Blood Center.
Essential FunctionsDegree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Customer Service, or related field.
Required ExperienceSeven (7) years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, public relations, customer service, health care, or applicable equivalence.
