We're seeking a Director of Technical Program Management to lead and build a global team of world-class professionals to help us reach our vision of providing fans with the world's best gaming and betting experiences. You will work closely with the Data, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations teams to deliver high-quality, scalable products and capabilities. You will be at the heart of many cross-cutting initiatives across the entire data and data science organization. Your team will bridge the gap from our strategic initiatives, products, and projects to full rollout across all groups. We're looking for an individual that is equal parts Engineer, Program Manager, and Product Manager, someone who can understand technology at a deep level and interface with multiple teams to execute against program and product objectives successfully. What you'll do as Director, Technical Program Management:

• Collaborate with Data, Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations stakeholders to decipher technical needs, define program requirements, set priorities, and establish the scope for organization-wide initiatives.
  
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, risks, and changes effectively by optimizing scope, roadmaps, and resources.
  
• Drive a Quality Assurance mindset across the organization.
  
• Influence others across the company to remain focused on desired outcomes without direct authority.
  
• Act as a communications liaison between technical and non-technical colleagues.
  
• Define and implement communication plans to effectively communicate Data & Data Science initiatives' status, issues, and risks to stakeholders.
  
• Define and track key metrics and quality indicators to help drive cross-functional execution of deliverables.
  
• Facilitate building out application telemetry, team health tracking, and software measurement.
  
• Collaborate on Data and Data Science Strategy from idea generation through deployment.
  
• Build and lead a team of high performing program and quality management professionals to drive process improvements and consistency across the organization.
  

What you'll bring:

• A degree in a technical field (Engineering, Math, Sciences, etc.) or relevant work experience.
  
• 6 years of professional experience in product management, program management, engineering leadership, data leadership, consulting, or a similar field.
  
• 2 years in a senior leadership position.
  
• A proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives from inception to completion.
  
• Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams.
  
• The ability to understand technical challenges deeply and make educated trade-offs with the team through the roadmap.
  
• Strong quantitative skills and experience with data & data science technologies.
  
• Experience directly managing program managers, project managers, analysts, QA professionals, consultants, or comparable team members.
  
• Comfort working in an Agile environment.
  
• Experience with Amazon Web Services.
  

This position can sit in either the Boston office or remote; however, this work is to be performed entirely outside of Colorado.
