A day in the life.

As our Director of Performance Management on the Rx Solutions team, you'll provide leadership and oversight for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the organization. This includes developing and implementing project management methodologies, processes, and best practices specific to the Rx Solutions team, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project coordination and alignment with business goals.

Additionally, our Director of Performance Management, Rx Solutions will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of project management excellence, mentoring and developing project managers, and continuously improving project management practices to drive operational efficiency and enhance project outcomes. The Director of Performance Management will contribute to the overall success and growth of the organization by ensuring the successful execution of projects that support the Rx Solutions business objectives and deliver value to clients and stakeholders., as well as work with Sr VP related to other businesses.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or industry equivalent experience.
  • Strong management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects/priorities essential.
  • Minimum of 5+ years project management responsibilities and/or account management experience.
  • Superb computer application skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint as well as data management and database applications.
  • Solid knowledge of project management practices, procedures, and principles.
  • Acute attention to detail; proofreading experience is a plus.
  • High level of organization; ability to manage and prioritize several tasks/projects simultaneously. Excellent technical and analytical/problem solving skills.
  • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
  • Previous experience with benefit, insurance, underwriting, pharmacy, PBM or a combination of preferred.
  • Regular interaction with and management of high level internal and external stakeholders preferred.
  • Current Life & Health licensure or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment.
