As Director of Marketing within the US Breast Cancer Franchise, you'll play a pivotal role in channeling our scientific capabilities to make a positive impact on changing patients' lives.
This position is based ON SITE at our Gaithersburg, MD campus, headquarters for the US Oncology and the Oncology Business Unit. The Gaithersburg site offers various amenities to help boost efficiency and help keep our employees happy and healthy. This is where you'll find newly-designed, activity-based workspaces to suit a variety of working styles while strengthening collaboration between teams.
As the Director of US Marketing, Capivasertib and Camizestrant, you will be responsible for leading the commercial effort to prepare for the launches of capivasertib and camizestrant, future breast cancer assets anticipated to enter the US market in the next several years. You will lead the development of brand strategies and launch plans, which you will have the opportunity to deliver to senior leadership within the Oncology Business. You will also lead the buildout of the marketing team following various data milestones, and you will directly manage and coach a growing team of marketers. In this role, you will also partner closely with a broad range of cross-functional stakeholders including the Global, Insights & Analytics, Medical, Diagnostics, Managed Markets, and other relevant teams. You will manage the US input into the Life Cycle Management (LCM) plans for these brands and will serve as the commercial lead in developing revenue and expense forecasts. Additionally, as regulatory processes advance, you will play a critical role in informing labeling recommendations.
