The Director of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the talent acquisition team, recruiting leadership positions for our growing company as well as developing solid recruiting strategies, and assisting communities with attracting qualified candidates.

  • Status: Full-time - Remote
  • Compensation: This is a salaried position compensated in a range from $140 to $170k commensurate with experience, plus eligible for a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES Sourcing and Recruiting
  • Direct, lead, and manage sourcing professionals and recruiters with integrity and motivation.
  • Leads partnership with the HR team, PMs, and contracts to align the talent needs of the business/function.
  • Provides expertise in sourcing, recruiting, and credentialing, including but not limited to workforce planning, candidate experience, process improvement and implementation, and technology enhancements.
  • Focus on diversity and inclusion of the candidate pool.
  • Provides new ideas to enhance a multi-channel recruitment strategy around technology, analytics, social media, sourcing, etc.
  • Lead, coach, and provide career development to the Sourcing and Recruiting team.
  • Creates and monitors talent acquisition performance KPIs/SLAs ad adjusts strategy and process accordingly for continuous improvement.
  • Leads the technology strategy and roadmap for the recruiting team, embraces technology to ensure tools deliver efficiency and the highest quality candidate and hiring manager experiences.
  • Negotiates and manages vendor contracts, including job boards.
  • Create and manage the team to deliberate metrics to include, but are not limited to, time to fill, conversion rate, Cost per hire, drop rate, etc.
  • Create and manage department budget and tracking to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Implement an attractive compensation structure for the sourcing and recruiting team based on metric performance with overall effectiveness.
  • Reconcile, evaluate, and approve the monthly recruiter commissions spreadsheet and submit for approval
  • Other responsibilities as assigned
RESPONSIBILITIES - Credentialing
  • Plan and direct effective day-to-day operations through maintaining appropriate staffing levels to meet targeted service levels, turnaround times, and satisfaction/quality standards. This is accomplished using staffing metrics and productivity measures to analyze and project departmental work volume.
  • Timely and efficiently support quality credentialing standards for healthcare professionals and optimal reimbursement through the application of daily process management tools and principles for the organization.
  • Develop and maintain Credentialing policies and procedures and obtain appropriate levels of approval.
  • Develop innovative initiatives to enhance internal efficiencies and effectiveness and work with cross-functional teams
  • Monitor and analyze operational reports to evaluate efficient workflow and serve as subject matter expert in Credentialing to cross-functional areas.
  • Develop, implement and manage delegation strategy to expedite credentialing.
  • Hire, train, coach, counsel, and evaluate the performance of direct reports
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory accreditation standards, along with credentialing and re-credentialing providers
  • Ensure all onboarding criteria are completed and accurate for a smooth transition to becoming an employee.
  • Lead the efforts to bridge the relationship between the Medical Director and applicant before employment.
  • Provide direction and opinion relevant to complex credentialing issues as needed.
  • Communicate potential issues and status updates to the Program Manager and client.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years of proven ability to lead a dynamic team remotely from a virtual location.
  • Progressive growth in an HR or recruiting function.
  • Experience in ATS (Clear Company strongly preferred)
  • Metric driven with the ability to present said metrics to leaders of the company
