Compensation:
POSITION PURPOSE
Supervise outpatient staff in various sites throughout the assigned region to ensure maintenance of utilization standard and quality of services. Provide program oversight and development. Provide outpatient team leadership to approximately twenty (20) outpatient department team members. Ensure team coordination and provide support to the DCCO.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC
• Conduct and/or coordinate with Licensure/Certification Supervisor to provide weekly face to face supervision with staff and maintain appropriate supervisory documentation (One time weekly with unlicensed/probationary staff and as needed for licensed staff)
• Work with Quality and Compliance departments to identify staff in need of coaching as it relates to documentation and treatment standards
• Participate in Utilization Review for productivity, length of stay (number of sessions), pattern of care, no show/cancellation rates, scheduling, specialized UR for managed care companies, as required, for assigned offices
• Coordinate with CPRC, ACI, TCM, Screening System, Residential Programs, ADA services, medical, dental, and Support Services to ensure care coordination and client coverage
• Coordinate with outside agencies/entities and contractual agencies as appropriate to assigned programs and duties
• Conduct staff meetings monthly for overall agency communication, updates, and training
• Attend bimonthly clinical integration meetings
• Attend monthly OP Director meetings
• Abide by all professional, certification and corporate ethical standards
• Coordinate with CRS and CS to ensure professional coverage (professional services, open access, crisis, etc) for assigned offices
• Assist with consultation and ongoing opportunity for skills development as professionally able
• Assist with clinical orientation of new staff, including familiarization tours, documentation, welcoming, etc
• Review and co-sign and/or coordinate with licensure/Certification Supervisor to review and co-sign documentation for new staff (this includes notes, wellness plans, and psychological assessments) for the first 30 days of employment and/or as needed to ensure compliance with agency expectations and licensure/certification requirements
• Work with Compass Training Institute (CTI) to coordinate training of new and current staff
• Conduct AIM discussions with assigned staff to develop professional goals
• Approve requests for PTO/Leave and approve time sheets in Kronos
• Approve expense requests
• Follow up with consumers as needed
• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

EDUCATION
Master’s degree required
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least five (5) years of professional experience required
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION
LPC, LCSW or LMFT valid in Missouri required
