Our client, a software company located in Boston area is looking for an experienced Marketing Director that has experience specifically with credit card marketing.  This is a full-time role, with an amazing comp package with a hefty bonus of up to 30%. 
 

There are two main factors to qualify for this role:


If you live in the Boston area, this is a hybrid role. If you do not live locally, the client is also open to people out of the state that would be able to travel as needed
You must have experience with credit card marketing or at least small business credit systems.  If you do not have credit card marketing experience, you will not be considered


Marketing Director Responsibilities:


You will define and execute a marketing strategy from the ground up across brand, customer acquisition generation and lifecycle marketing in support of our channel partner sales strategy
You will define and implement a consistent and forward-looking brand across all assets
You will drive the development and execution of marketing communications strategy across paid and owned media, events and conferences
You will contribute ideas and concepts with the development of white papers, blogs, videos and presentations with clear and compelling value propositions across the customer journey
You will build and update customer journeys in support of program usage goals
You will propose and manage research projects to generate insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communications
You will collaborate with creative teams, internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
You will support the development of internal processes that support departmental and company growth


 Marketing Director Requirements:


8+ years of experience within marketing management or marketing direction, with at least 1 to 2 years specifically in credit card marketing or small business credit systems
Financial or Banking institution experience is preferred
Should have experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marcomm technology to support lifecycle marketing
Strong project management skills
Obsessive attention to detail
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Ability to travel as necessary
