Meet the team:

Dexcom is a leader in diabetes management technology and is proactively developing solutions to address new and expanding areas of opportunity for diabetes treatment, and improved health. The US is the largest market with significant growth opportunities, and the trade team will be instrumental in achieving our goals. This leader will shape the trajectory of Dexcom's success in the growing CGM category, and will be poised for future growth opportunities within an evolving and dynamic company.

Where you come in:

  • The Director, E-Commerce Trade role will be responsible for the development and implementation of distribution strategy that maximizes and simplifies access to Dexcom technology for all customers.
  • You will develop the strategy and tactics necessary to grow revenue, volume, market share, and operating margin through on-line channels.
  • You will determine the structure and size of the team needed to support this growing initiative at the appropriate time.
  • As a business leader, you will be accountable for achieving US commercial goals in collaboration with your partners and will drive the success of the US business.
  • You will develop competitive strategies that anticipate capabilities needed to scale and meet the needs of customers in this dynamic industry, positioning Dexcom at the forefront.
  • You will monitor and analyze sales performance, key metrics, and market trends on Amazon and other online distribution channels to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • You will lead the promotional strategy and marketing collaboration to achieve business goals.

  • You have the expertise to develop and execute the US distribution strategy across multiple channels to maximize and simplify access to Dexcom technology by customers, while driving revenue, market share, and operating margin growth.
  • You are a progressive thought leader who can develop scalable solutions to address Dexcom's future market opportunities.
  • You have experience in hiring, leading, developing, and retaining a team who will be focused on implementation of the distribution strategy with continual process improvement, while delivering against commercial goals.
  • You bring knowledge and experience to lead the effort to expand distribution networks to match pace with Dexcom product innovation.
  • You work cross functionally across stakeholders and partners in the organization to drive sales volume, market share, and margin targets while continuously improving processes, to meet goals.
  • You are proficient in developing resource plans that are required to meet objectives and manage within budget allocations.

Travel Required:
  • 25 to 50%
