Compensation

The Director of Corporate Services contributes to the promotion of Compass Health Network’s visibility in the Eastern Region. Acts as a Compass representative with stakeholders and community liaison within the Eastern Region. In collaboration with the EVP of Corporate Services supports organizational efforts for increased awareness, expansion of services and improved partnerships by identifying targets within the community (partners from all disciplines at the local/state level to include legislators), assists with and identifying fundraising, grants, and new business opportunities. Oversees assigned facility projects for region. Acts as a Compass ambassador both internally and externally to improve and maintain Better & Better culture.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS – JOB SPECIFIC

• Performs liaison, public relations, and promotional activities in coordination with marketing and community relations departments to include public speaking engagements educating and promoting Compass Health Network
• Develops and strengthens strategic regional partnerships within communities served
• Represents Compass at community meetings such as Chambers, Community Coalitions, etc.
• Assist with identifying key Missouri legislators and setting meetings to promote awareness of Compass Health Network
• Promotes consistent organizational culture throughout the region
• Acts as regional troubleshooter regarding constituent concerns or complaints in coordination with clinical team members
• Contributes to capital budgeting processes for regional assets and investments and oversees large facility projects
• Participates in Continuous Quality Improvement processes
• Participates in Department of Mental Health meetings at the request of the EVP and CEO
• Supports Board of Associates meetings as requested
• Contributes as a member of the senior leadership team
• Other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

• Oversees day-to-day operations and tasks of supervisees
• Completes performance development/AIM process
• Time card management – manages time sheets
• Ensures progress and development is made toward departmental strategic plan goals

 



EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in a business or mental health related field

WORK EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of four (4) years of successful management experience in the business or mental health field
