Position Overview

The Director, Mobile App Product Management will be responsible for supporting and executing various projects to driving user engagement and retention for our ReceiptPal Mobile App Panel. The individual in this role will serve as the primary point of contact with our mobile app developers and internal engineers in managing project timelines and testing. This individual will also be responsible for producing robust reporting on the panel composition, results of app enhancements/engagement campaigns, while also ensuring quality reporting from our mobile app users.

The Director, Mobile App Product Management supports a broad range of stakeholders, including the Commercial, Operations, Product, and Engineering teams.

This position can be located in the following locations: NYC, Port Washington, NY Reston, VA, Rosemont, IL, Chicago, IL, Houston, TX, Greensboro, NC

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts in supporting the strategic needs for the ReceiptPal mobile app
• Act as the point person and liaison with the internal engineering team and external app developers, managing project timelines and app releases
• Monitor panel activity and health to ensure quality of incoming data. Includes fraud prevention, user engagement and retention
• Produce regular reporting and analysis on user behaviors, core KPI's, and results from communication/engagement campaigns
• Support ReceiptPal mobile app team lead with the implementation of communication and engagement strategies including in-app communication, push notifications, email, social media, and incentive initiatives
• Gather competitive intelligence to ensure ReceiptPal's continued relevance to our panelists
• Using your proactive and accountable nature to identify and create innovative ideas to overcome challenges

Qualifications:

• BA/BS or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline is preferred
• 7+ years consumer marketing experience. Market research panel management a plus
• Experience working in an Agile Project Management setting is preferred
• Experience with mobile app development/management
• Strong understanding of data and analysis, working with sales and/or marketing data
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a broad stakeholder base
• Expert in all MS Office products (Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Experience working with Azure DevOps is a plus
