Benchmark is a national leader in providing programs to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Supported Living Program has immediate openings for compassionate and caring people to work as Direct Support Professionals. Successful applicants will attend paid orientation and trainings. No experience is necessary! Various shifts available!

General Responsibilities Include:

• Protect and honor the rights of th ose served
• Ensuring a safe and clean home for those served
• Assist individuals to increase their independence with eating, cooking and bathing
• Document data displaying goal progression
• Assist in finding and participating in meaningful community activities
• Work independent or with co-workers to enhance the growth of those served
• Participate in on-going professional training

Qualifications:

• Reliable transportation
• A uto insurance and driver's license
• High school diploma or GED
• Communicate effectively with others
