Our client, an award-winning market research company in Center City Philly, is actively looking for an Account Manager to join their growing team! They are looking for people-oriented and enthusiastic professionals who are eager to jump start their career. The position interacts with customers on a consistent basis-- vibrant communication skills are a must!

About You:

• A Bachelor's Degree is highly preferred for this position
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A team player who enjoys being part of a high-performing team
• A self-motivated work ethic with the proven ability to work with little supervision
• Excellent organization skills

Day to Day:

• Place outbound calls to clients in order to qualify leads and gather relevant information
• Ensure a positive client experience by providing unmatched customer service
• Serve as a market expert for clients, consistently answering questions and suggesting solutions
• Document all client conversations and relevant information in company database
• Coordinate with other departments to report on successful calls
