Position Summary:

The Zoetis Digital, Data, and Analytics (DDA) Planning and Operations team is looking for a Project Analyst to support the project leads with overseeing and coordinating projects, reviewing resources allocations, and project financials.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze project data and produce insights to optimize performance
  • Provide operational support such as liaising with delivery team, tracking allocation of resources to multiple projects, etc.
  • Maintain project contracts and financials (actuals and forecasts)
  • Prepare and maintain project JIRA dashboards related to feature development and/or bugfix, burndown charts, capacity planning, etc. along with design and build team
  • Create and maintain progress reports and productivity metrics to communicate with management and stakeholders

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience supporting software project leads in various projects following Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, & Extreme Programming
  • Prior experience working with global third-party vendors on Digital, Data, and Analytics projects is preferred

Knowledge, Skills, Ability Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, work on multiple projects simultaneously and adjust to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated organizational, analytical, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Knowledgeable in all phases of the project management life cycle
  • Familiar with Agile development techniques - TDD, Test Automation, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment, Pair programming, etc.
  • Experience with stakeholder and financial management
  • Experience with version control, collaboration, issue tracking and PMO tools (Azure Devops, JIRA, Confluence, MS project, PWA, HP testing tools)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
