Your role: An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Digital Category Specialist. In this role you will support a key strategic category through understanding and executing on defined business needs, both independently and in coordination with internal stakeholders, to drive online commerce. You will utilize large datasets to identify scalable opportunities to optimize online presence of the category and execute, on time and with appropriate KPIs, projects to address identified opportunities. Working cross-functionally, you will contribute to developing, implementing and managing sustainable processes for online, revenue-driving initiatives such as Ratings & Reviews,customerchat,and other user-generated content (UGC) programs. Additionally, you will be responsible for helping the Digital Category Management team increase the organization's digital and merchandizing acuity.

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Science, Data Science, or other related discipline
  
• 2+ years of eCommerce or Digital Marketing experience
  

• Demonstratedstorytelling development and communication skills
  
• Experienceininteractingwith senior management inamatrix organization
  
• Experience managing stakeholders and conflicting point of views
  
• Business-fluent English skills, both verbal and written
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in related business discipline
  
• Life Science, Chemicals or Healthcare industry knowledge
  
• Understanding of relevant systems/databases (CRM,PIM, ERP, Palantir Foundry, etc.) and demonstrated ability to work with and analyze large datasets
