Position Details

Operations Specialist

Our Operations Specialist I is an entry level position to Deposit Operations which is responsible for a number of critical bank functions. Duties may include responsibilities of an entry level employee in any of the areas below:

What You Will Be Doing

• ACH
• Wire Transfer
• Bookkeeping
• Account Services
• Commercial Analysis
• Indexing Documents
• Lockbox Processing
• Subpoena Processing
• Garnishments
• IRA Processing

What Do You Need for this Position?

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; and at least 1 year experience with operations in a financial institution; either in a front line direct client contact capacity or in an operational support role.
• Ability to look for opportunities beyond existing processes to improve operational efficiencies and effectiveness.
• Demonstrated ability to write detailed operating procedures; excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Strong client service focus required.
• Several years of general bank deposit operations knowledge and experience strongly preferred, with ability to perform various duties.
• Knowledge of ACH operations is also preferable.
