Location: Philadelphia, PA
Description: RTE Department Production Manager

Hours: 6:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday-Friday (about 15% of Saturdays)

Job Description:

• Looking for Ready to Eat (RTE) Manager to run our 1st shift at our Food Processing facility
• Manage a crew of employees during production of Ready to Eat deli meats.
• During the RTE production shift, we cook, chill and package product.
• Manager's duties include product temperature checks, record keeping, packaging review, oversight of the RTE department employees and communication with the USDA Inspector on duty.
• We are looking for an individual who will be on the floor with the employees checking their work and making sure that product is being run correctly (Lot #'s, Sell by Dates, Identification, etc. are correct).
• Work alongside QA and Production management to ensure operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements:

• HACCP, SQF, GMP, experience not necessary but recommended.
• Pallet Jack Experience not necessary but recommended.
• Intermediate understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• On the Floor mentality
