Job Description:
Primary lead analyst on All of Us (AoU) project workbench, assisting all researchers in their research analyses. Individual will guide researchers in developing, designing, and compiling statistical analyses using statistical packages (e.g. SAS or R), including descriptive and hypothesis-testing analyses. Researcher engagement will be a primary focus in all years of the project.
Oversee and coordinate outreach to various researcher communities to promote the AoU workbench and data available there for analysis. Communities will include trainees in programs such as CTSA TL and KL, faculty in multiple disciplines across UF and other educational institutions, students in relevant programs of study including undergraduates, clinicians in primary care practice-based research networks and federally qualified healthcare centers, as well as community-based organizations.
Supervise the Data Management Analyst I (DMA I) for AoU, to ensure quality of the data procedures. Review policies created for data quality, management and analysis. Make recommendations as needed to improve institutional data management and reporting. Collaborate with IT staff on improvements to or development of data infrastructure. Ensure accuracy of data provided for monthly and annual reports to the NIH and create graphics for visualization of data.
Manage all Institutional Review Board regulations and approval for AoU project, including Continuing Reviews, Adverse Event Reporting, Addition of New Study Personnel, etc. specifically of data analysis and management protocols. Coordinate with relevant researchers in order to assure IRB protocols are being correctly implemented and maintained.
Mentor students, trainees, and staff in epidemiological and statistical methodologies, and the ethical conduct of human research participation, including detailed revisions of dissemination materials such as manuscripts and abstracts, and ensuring all staff are properly trained in data collection and ethical responsibilities (such as properly administering Informed Consent) as related to the AoU project. Assign data management staff, train and provide guidance as needed.
Participate in or initiate proposal writing and funding searches; develop and/or present training programs in field of expertise. Contribute to grant and contract submissions, including contributing to the grant-writing process via statistical analyses. This includes recommendation of novel statistical designs for the collection, management and analysis of data including analytical models, simulations and reports.

Expected Salary:
$72,000 - $77,000 commensurate with education, skills, and experience
Minimum Requirements:
Master's degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
