Your Role & Responsibilities

  • SUMMARY
  • This position serves as the primary Data Management contact for major Retail Accounts and is responsible for providing product attribute information to them.
  • ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor data, in conjunction with product management, in the catalog database for online and print catalogs.
  • Assist product management with data mapping requirements for electronic catalog.
  • Update ACES & PIES data outputs to customers and 3rd party providers.
  • Manage monthly data validation processes and review reports based on released VCdB from Auto Care association
  • Provide catalog data requirements/requests for category management needs.
  • Work closely with customers to support data requirements. Use of Supplier portals, FTP sites etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Your Skills & Strengths
  • EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
  • 2 - 5 years of related experience is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive industry with basic engine knowledge.
  • Experience using the following software programs: Lotus Notes, Microsoft Outlook, ODBC, Microsoft Office Products, and SAP
  • TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
  • Domestic/international travel with/without overnight stay may be required.
  • OVERTIME
  • Employees must be able to work additional hours which can and will be in excess of forty (40) hours per payroll week.
