Customer Support / Data Entry

Our client in the Charlotte area is looking for a Customer Service Representaive, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Temp-to-Hire. ASAP start! Pay = $18-20 an hour!

Responsibilities

• Handling phone and email customer service within CRM system.
• Using Excel for reporting, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet, and multple email boxes.
• Keying orders, and data entry.

Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service representative/support experience.
• Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook PowerPoint)
• Professional verbal and written communication
• Excellent typing, and systems skills.
