This SaaS technology enables content to be easily and effectively deployed and managed everywhere. it is channel agnostic and can create content that amplifies ideas across the omni-channel. A real gamechanger for large retailers and consumer goods companies!
As we launch this technology to more clients, we need Customer Success Managers (CSM) to provide technical onboarding, project management, training and trouble-shooting. The CSM will be involved in the entire post-sale process with the client, including providing first-line technical support for new users. By gaining an understanding of the desired client outcomes, this role will effectively match those needs with our solutions in order to drive optimal business value.
