Our client, a distribution center for a large industrial company is looking for their next great Customer Service professional to join their team in Chicago Heights. The ideal candidate has great organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and great phone etiquette. This position is a temporary opportunity with the potential to lead to a permanent position. The hours are Monday through Friday 7-3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

• Taking customer orders through phone, email, web-based orders, and some fax
• Entering orders into ERP system
• Working with internal teams to enter orders, trouble shoot issues, and problem solve
• Manage multiple tasks in timely manor
• Work directly with manager and customer service team as new projects come in to distribute work load
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of in office customer service experience, in an industrial or manufacturing setting would be a plus
• Ability to prioritize tasks and effective time management
• Great organizational skills
• Positive personality
• Professional phone etiquette
• Computer savvy - will train on in-house systems
