RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Brookfield, WI that is seeking a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service Representative Provides high quality customer service by responding to telephone inquiries, customer requests and problems
  • Researches and resolves problems and errors
  • Customer Service Representative identifies products and services that meet customers' needs
  • Handle incoming customer calls, back up other job duties within the department
