This position will be based in Chambersburg, PA.

What you will be doing:

Manages assigned retail accounts from order entry to delivery to the customer's dock. Reviews customer requirements, enters EDI or manual orders, communicates with the warehouse on requirements and shipping requirements, etc. Communicates fulfillment issues with the customer.


  • Processes all manual and EDI orders. Resolves any inventory, pricing, and/or quantity issues on the orders. Ensures that all of the accurate documentation is maintained for pricing audits and Sarbanes-Oxley documentation.

  • Reviews ship dates and coordinates with the Warehouse to ensure that ship and arrival dates are met and to understand costs with service requirements.

  • Reviews and handles key performance indicators, i.e., report cards, cancellation reports, etc.

  • Coordinates make items between the Sales and Special Projects Departments to ensure that the company meets the customer's requested ship and delivery dates.

  • Reviews out-of-stock items and communicates out-of-stock items to the Sales Representatives and customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school graduate or general equivalency diploma.

  • 3+ years customer service experience.

  • Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of the Oracle system.
