We are looking for a reliable Customer Service Representative to perform tasks that will help us grow our business and maintain current customers.

  • Take care of customer's needs
  • Field phone calls and set up work orders and dispatch accordingly
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer issues
  • Obtain relevant information to handle product and service inquires
  • Provide established pricing and assist in confirming scheduling if needed
  • Retrieve pertinent customer information for credit approval in order to set up new customer accounts when Sales Team requests help
  • Manage customer's accounts
  • Accounts Receivable and collection (when needed)
  • Keep track and follow up on customer interactions when necessary
  • Tracking of data in Teams
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Work closely with drivers for Logistics routing and dispatch
Position Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years CSR experience
  • Associates Degree a plus but not required
  • Ability to organize multiple projects
  • Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus but not required
