Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for engaging with key customers by building and preserving trusting relationships. A successful CRM will need to have excellent communication skills, have a Bachelor's Degree and ITIL background. Determine customer satisfaction, improve on areas as needed. Will work closely with others to ensure that all staff preserves relationships with clients.
