Advertised Job Summary:

CRM Manager and Systems Development Analyst. Responsibilities include administration of College of Nursing(CON) Office of Academic Affairs(OAA) tech systems, such as the Slate CRM platform, working with partners for data integrations, being available as a technical resource and trainer, administer other information systems/platforms utilized by our team.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree and 2 or more years of experience, which may be substituted by equivalent combination of certification, training, education, and/or experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Systems or related field; and 2 or ore years of experience of equivalency.
  • Experience working in higher education, especially with university IT support staff on data models and data projects.
  • Experience with Technolutions Slate or other Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) systems. Slate experience is preferred.
  • Experience authoring reports, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of admissions operations, cycle, policies, and support activities.
  • Familiarity with data structure and data analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with data integrations; Web Services, APIs, SFTPs.
  • Familiarity with Python or SQL scripting.
  • Familiarity with HTML, Liquid Markup or CSS.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate sophisticated processes into manageable, user-friendly steps for end users.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects concurrently.

Job Duty:

CRM and System Administration: Oversee day-to-day system maintenance (forms, events, rules, retention policies, data flow) of Slate CRM and other systems used by OAA, to ensure efficient operation and resource optimization while meeting functional business requirements. Provide daily remote or on-site support for Slate users. Ensure data integrity of daily imports and exports via queries or admin tools; coordinate daily data clean-up processes for accuracy and error resolution; identify and resolve duplicate records. Respond to service tickets by internal and external user groups on topics including but not limited to form creation/modifications, application updates/mapping, query creation/modification and rule creation/modifications. Troubleshoot issues as they arise.

Consults with partners to gather requirements and design and develop customized forms, queries, reports, datasets, customized emails and communication plans, portals, applications, prompts, fields.
