Working independently, the CRM Insights Specialist will interact with his or her supervisor as needed.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage analytical CRM tools to identify, blend, and analyze available customer data sources and information.
Provide weekly reports on audience health and email performance.
Interpret business requests and needs by proactively mining data sources, developing easily understood hypotheses, and working with cross-functional marketing teams to action on these insights by creating customer facing cross channel campaigns.
Providing and building audiences for email team and email deployments
Initiate, develop, and perform simple to increasingly complex analytical projects centered around understanding customer behavior and motivations that can lead to better business decisions.
This position can be in Grapevine, TX or work remotely
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree with a regionally accredited program or 5+ years relevant work experience
3+ years of related analyst experience
5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years for educational equivalency
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Exact Target or equivalent ESPs
Experience with Google Big Query or other SQL applications
Experience with real time applications (API/web service calls)
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with database management and customer segmentation
Knowledge of ecommerce customers and buying cycles
Proficient ability to understand and utilize internal and external data marts.
Advanced or Expert knowledge and experience in creating and managing email audiences, as well as basic customer segmentation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
Experience with large enterprise systems (eCommerce, online and in-store POS, customer loyalty platforms, payment processing systems)
Experience with ESP integration and migration
