Job Summary:

The Credit Analyst position will provide customer credit worthiness analysis and establish customer credit lines. The position will make recommendations for those accounts that require a credit line more than the position's approval authorization. The position will also review orders on credit hold for potential release.

Other duties will include new customer set up, month end reporting, month end closing support, cross training on other positions within the department, providing audit support and other duties as assigned.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provides credit worthiness analysis on customers and potential customers
  
• Establishes customer credit limits
  
• Provides recommendations for credit limits in excess of approval authority to upper management
  
• Reviews orders on credit hold for potential release
  
• Month end closing support
  
• Audit support
  
• Performs other related duties as assigned
  

Qualifications:

• JD Edwards Enterprise 1 experience with AR functions of the program
  
• 5+ years of Accounts Receivable experience
  
• 2+ years of Credit Analytics
  
• 2+ years of experience in establishing customer credit lines
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Basic accounting knowledge
  
• Advanced Excel
  
• Dun & Bradstreet knowledge

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Ability to prioritize tasks
  
• Knowledge of financial statements in determining credit line
  
• BBA or equivalent degree
  
• JD Enterprise World experience
  
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
