The Corporate Strategy Analyst's purpose is to identify, prioritize and lead key strategic and growth initiatives in partnership with Datasite's leadership team and its operating units. The exciting challenges in this key position require sharp strategic skills, as well as strong business and financial acumen.

This role is packed with intellectual challenges, exposure to the Datasite Executive Leadership Team and different business units across the company, tons of project variety, as well as the opportunity to see the implementation of your analysis and build a career with a growing company. You will work on or lead key cross-functional strategic initiatives. This work will include internal data analysis, customer and competitor research, business case development, project plan design and maintenance, and various stakeholder presentations.

This position is remote based within CST or EST time zone. Ideal location is NYC or Minneapolis, MN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Datasite's key strategic growth initiatives to help drive revenue growth across the business.
  • Work directly for the CEO and with other leaders to identify, analyze and prioritize strategic initiatives in line with the organization's key objectives.
  • Take responsibility for projects from conception to completion, collaborating with peers and business unit stakeholders. Write the recommendations and present to leadership.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and build relationships with key internal business partners including Development, Product Management, Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Finance and Executive Leadership.
  • Perform market research and analyze industry and regulatory trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Deliver work that meets high standards of quality, accuracy, and relevance - this includes financial models, executive-ready dashboards and presentations, project plans and other relevant outputs as required.

Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. Strong academic record. We look for evidence of analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking.

Minimum Experience:
  • 3-5 years experience in a management consulting firm; experience with high-growth, business transformation, and technology is a plus.
  • Strong business and financial acumen. Ability to understand the economic drivers behind a variety of business models. Ability to use financial data and read financial statements.
  • Experience leading projects from concept to results. Strong time management and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines at a fast pace amidst changing requirements and ambiguity.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly articulate business objectives and manage large group discussions, including to senior management.
  • Strong Excel skills including building financial and sensitivity models and other advanced Excel functions.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft executive-ready presentations.
  • Experience with data modeling, statistical analysis, or SQL is a plus.
  • Minimal travel required (< 10%)

Salary range: Min$120k - Mid$160k +
