Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $63.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Corporate Investigator based out in Seal Beach, CA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
• 5+ years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations (with a particular focus on EEO-related investigations of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation complaints) and managing the investigative process to include conducting interviews, collecting data and facts and analyzing to identify trends and/or discrepancies
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
• 3+ years of experience in conducting formal employee-related investigations
• 3+ years of experience in conducting investigations into workplace-related matters (e.g., harassment, discrimination, retaliation, threats, safety) and/or fraud-related matters (e.g., theft, time mischarging, production, quality)
• Experience conducting alleged misconduct investigations of union represented employees
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification or Leadership Professional in Ethics and Compliance (LPEC) certification
