Our client, a highly regarded advertising agency, is looking for a Copy Supervisor to join their team for a long-term contract role with a focus on internal communications.

Copy Supervisor Responsibilities:


Owning all copy for internal communications on assigned brands (sales aids, newsletters, emails, etc.)
Developing original, creative solutions that solve for a wide range of brand problems - constantly developing and maintaining each brand's image through internal communications to the sales team(s)
Conceptualizing original copy for internal communications on brand products in the Central Nervous System category
Managing copy group's workload to maximize efficiencies, assuring completion of all work on time and on budget
Inspiring and elevating the level of creative ability on the team, helping to guide the professional/creative development and growth of copywriters
Working collaboratively and constructively with all ACD, Art counterparts
Ensuring you stay current and conversant with brands and competition
Participating in brand blueprint sessions
Effectively presenting creative work internally
Participating in and contributing to shaping brand positioning and strategies for all assigned brands alongside all other members of brand teams within your group


Copy Supervisor Requirements:


8+ years creative copy experience (4+ years pharma specific)
Strong understanding of internal communication strategies and best practices
Experience within a full-service agency environment
Professional experience with the MLR process
BA degree or higher required
