Overview

This position will support the Engineering department.

This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data from various departments, the Labor Management System and WM, regarding facility operators' production effectiveness, to senior management. This position will provide productivity reports based on information gathered from the Labor Management System. This position is responsible for collecting, managing and reporting the individual and departmental productivity reports for the facility. This position will develop complex spreadsheets used to maintain the effectiveness of the overall operations of the VSC. This person will use Microsoft Access to maintain productivity records. The incumbent will also keep the records generated from this reporting and maintain it according to the HbI Records Retention Policy. There will be confidential and sensitive material that will be processed in this area so this person needs to act accordingly.

Responsibilities

  • Uses the Labor Management system to obtain production related data.
  • Enter manual production events into Labor Management (LM)
  • Update LM data as needed to ensure accurate reporting
  • Add and delete user I.D's in LM for all associates in the facility
  • Compile and distribute required LM reports daily, weekly and as needed
  • Maintain Citrix Database for repurpose activities.
  • Enter production data in Citrix database
  • Retrieve production information from Citrix database, use excel spreadsheet to convert the information then enter it into LM.
  • Maintain pick error data
  • Utilizes WM to obtain production related data.
  • Uses MS Access to track productivity information by employee.
  • Maintains MS Access database to ensure status changes are tracked correctly for all employees.
  • Work independently and within teams on special nonrecurring and outgoing projects.
  • Uses MS Outlook to communicate with Leadership and the Labor Management team.
  • Utilizes feedback from Leadership to adjust reports.
  • Works closely with Leadership to ensure productivity tracking occurs on time and accurately.
  • Maintain records in accordance with HbI Records Retention Program.
  • Analyze complex problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Uses MS PowerPoint as needed.
  • Perform other tasks throughout the facility as needed.
  • Track completed Safety Audits
  • Track completed Covid Behavior Audits
  • Maintain confidentiality.


  • Qualifications

    Experience/Skills/Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Practical experience using Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
  • Practical experience using the Labor Management System to input and extract data.
  • Practical experience using the Warehouse Management System to input and extract data.
  • 1 - 2 years of experience
