Overview:
Prepares food and product based on recipe instructions and quality standards for location to provide park guests with quality, appetizing, and timely dining experiences that enhance their park visit. Manages time appropriately and works well within a team environment.
Cooks/fries, prepares, and handles food and product using basic cooking principles and procedures according to recipe
standards.
Stocks and maintains proper inventory levels of all food products, utensils, dishware and equipment
Cuts, dices, mixes, weighs, and prepares food product.
Serves food in correct portions to ensure proper food cost procedures are followed; ensures product temperature controls are met and maintained for quality and safety
Operates large volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep fat fryers, ovens, griddles, etc.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements, as well as Board of Health requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to Park supervision
Must be willing to assist in other areas of the park in the offseason as needed (recruiting, administrative duties, and other related duties)
