RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Controller in Hauppauge, New York (NY). This position will be reporting to the CEO and will handle all aspects of accounting, finance, inventory, bank relations, liaison with outside attorneys and auditors, operations, IT, HR, facilities, all other non-design, and sales functions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 15+ years of finance and accounting experience, most recently as a CFO of a small- midsized company
  • Knowledge of inventory management, wholesale to retail sales relationships (customers include the leading big box stores) and a pleasant, professional, and respectful leadership approach are essential
  • Must be a true roll-up-your sleeves team player
