NOTE: This is a Part time Summer Intern position. Must be currently enrolled in a college program, at the start of the internship, in order to be considered for the position.

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Contract Manager, this position is responsible for various assigned duties which primarily will include:

  • Research and analysis of contract documents.
  • Research and analysis of customers/legal entities.
  • Document any identified gaps in procedures and work with the management team to find resolution.

May include:
  • Administer new customers and reactivated customers via research in our ERP and membership rosters, to include eligibility auditing and maintenance via GPO rosters and adjoining activities. Update Customer pricing if applicable and ensure pricing connections are communicated to the appropriate parties.
  • Resolve disputes for contract membership and central membership specific error types in accordance with contracts.
  • Create analytical reports for the Sales teams
  • Maintaining Contract Membership related training material and updating procedures to support management

Skills Requirements:
  • Must be confident in ability to work independently after initial training
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Strong computer skills; high level of proficiency with MS Office applications is critical

Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1+ years of college coursework
