Job Description:
The Recruiter is a valued member of our talent acquisition team where you'll manage full cycle recruitment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to partner with hiring managers and guide them through full cycle recruitment and sourcing for their teams locally and nationally. A true ambassador, the Recruiter is engaged with local organizations and helps drive projects to further grow our employment brand.

2-3 month contract role to begin with.


YOUR IMPACT
* You will assist with full life cycle recruiting to continue our drive for a diverse and inclusive workforce.
* You will participate in ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process for all candidates and referrals.
* You will update and manage interview guides, collect interview feedback forms and provide candidate in person office tours when needed.
* You will pay close attention to details to ensure accurate data entry in the ATS (applicant tracking system) for all candidates and hires within the recruitment process.
* You will take pride in providing next level customer service to internal partners and external applicants.

YOUR EXPERIENCE
* 1 -2+ years of talent acquisition experience required.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR experience preferred.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees at all levels.
* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines.
* Ability to handle and resolve confidential and sensitive issues.
* Knowledge of general Human Resource practices.
* Ability to work independently and manage key tasks of role.
* Desire to go above and beyond in the workplace to better yourself and the team as a whole.
* Maintaining accuracy in detail-oriented processes.
* Prior experience with iCIMS is preferred by not required.
* Above average computer skills, including Word, Excel, Access, and experience in HR systems.
