Our client, an advertising agency, is looking for a Contract Recruiter for roughly 3 months. This position is remote and in this position, you will be responsible for spearheading the full-cycle talent acquisition process for positions at all levels.

Day to Day:

• High volume of outbound phone calls to applicants, referrals, and proactively sourced candidates
• Behavioral based virtual interviews
• Consultation of hiring managers
• Offer presentations
• Applicant Tracking and Documentation

About You:

• 1+ years in a recruitment role or equally relationship-based position
• Comfort in rapport building and process follow through
• 1+ year of experience utilizing corporate office technologies including MS Office, applicant tracking technologies ideal
• Outstanding communication and coordination skills
