The Contracts Manager will support the Cash Connect division in the management, development, maintenance and governance of contracts specific to Cash Connect's business lines. The incumbent will develop, recommend and deploy policies, procedures and tools required to effectively manage and oversee Cash Connect's customer's and vendor's new and existing contracts and will lead and coordinate the contract process for new products. As the primary legal contact for the Cash Connect Management committee, sales team, and staff, the incumbent will lead, communicate and assist in the research and legal interpretation of attorneys. The incumbent is the principle liaison with customers for issues concerning existing contracts and monitors new and existing contracts for compliance to regulations, terms, and conditions, developing and amending as required with attorney supervision as needed. The Contracts Manager will maintain contract and insurance databases to ensure proper controls are implemented and followed. The incumbent will train staff, including Contract Administrators and interns.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Paralegal or Bachelors' Degree in Criminal Justice, Legal or Business Administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience in contract management.
  • Must have a minimum 3 years of experience performing contract reviews.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the principles and practices of contract development, management and administration.
  • Must have research skills, techniques and standard sources of information as they relate to contract administration.
  • Experience in negotiating complex and dynamic legal documents is required.
  • Must have experience working across a diverse set of stakeholders with positive results.
  • Must possess the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of constituencies.
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to identify issues and work them to closure, escalating when appropriate.
